Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client. These Terms govern the general use of our website and apply as a baseline to all service engagements.

3. Free Tools

BizBoosted provides several free online tools (Word Counter, Hyperlink Generator, Last Name Generator, Meta Title Generator, Meta Description Generator, Hashtag Generator) on an "as is" basis with no warranties. We make no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. These tools do not collect or transmit any user data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on bizboosted.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to BizBoosted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except that you may share links to our content with appropriate attribution.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging BizBoosted for services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and assets required for service delivery
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
  • Make payments as agreed in service proposals

6. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside BizBoosted's control, including market conditions, algorithm changes, competitor actions, and client business factors. While we work diligently to deliver results, we make no guarantees of specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are outlined in individual proposals. General terms include payment due within 7 days of invoice, with late payments subject to a 5% monthly charge. BizBoosted reserves the right to pause services on overdue accounts.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a final report and transfer all deliverables and access credentials in our possession. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable in full.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizBoosted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms
